ETS describes it as assessing varied vocabulary with accurate grammar and intelligible prosody in an academic and navigational context. Each answer is scored from 0 to 5 against ETS's published Take an Interview scoring guide, and those scores feed the 1 to 6 Speaking section score.
How long are the answers?
Long enough that repetition shows. The synonyms and paraphrase phrases below are what let you extend an answer without circling the same words.
