What your CELPIP level means
CELPIP reports a level for each of the four skills, up to 12. IRCC’s equivalency chart reads a CELPIP-General level as the same Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level in each ability, which is why immigration programmes state their minimums in CLB.
