It lists India at US$164, Nigeria at US$170, Turkey at US$185, Indonesia at US$199, Pakistan at US$230, Philippines at US$250, Brazil at US$250, Australia at US$293, United Kingdom at US$270, United Arab Emirates at US$345, Afghanistan at US$240 and, for reference, Canada at US$249. ETS says its prices exclude VAT or other applicable taxes, except for EU countries.
